Shipping:
- We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $49.
- All domestic orders will be shipped via standard ground shipping and will typically arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- We do our best to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed.
- We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
- If a package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Handling:
- All orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed.
- All orders will be carefully packed and inspected to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
- If there is any issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, and we will notify the customer if this occurs.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- Orders over $150 will require signature confirmation.
Returns:
- We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received were defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the return being received and approved.
